Requisitos:

Tareas típicas
- Implement a new protocol transport or web service (iBean) for Mule
- Add a new feature to the Developer IDE

Ref. 2 – Sr. Java Developer

- Programming ability way above average with demonstrable knowledge of modern enterprise architecture technologies (e.g. SOA, JMS, SOAP Web Services, REST, XA transactions)

Responsabilidades
- The product has a multi-threaded architecture and combines over 50 different open source projects. It takes a little time, but you will become comfortable digging into any part of the architecture. While in there, you will also refactor the code to improve it.
- The company has near perfect customer subscription renewal and customer satisfaction ratings. We accomplish that by responding to every customer as if they are our most important one and that attitude extends to engineering which is often called upon to assist with customer support cases or fix a critical bug.
- The open source community is important and a critical role of engineering it to nurture and grow that community by providing helpful tips and answers.
- Our documentation is based on a collaborative wiki and it is everyone’s responsibility to improve it if there is an error or omission.
Ref. 3 – Technical Support Engineer

The Company Support will provide you with the opportunity to investigate issues ranging from guidance in the use of our Java-based products to more complex problems involving technologies and protocols such as web services, HTTP, JMS, J2EE application servers, etc. You will be a visible “key contributor”, and your successes will be lauded across the company.
Requisitos
- Experience in Java development and concepts
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Experience coding or debugging against Java APIs
- Experience with J2EE Application Servers and Containers (administration, deployment, and/or development in Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere, Spring, etc.)
- Experience with SOAP and/or Web Services
Preferentemente
- 1-2 years experience providing technical support for enterprise software or hosted high-tech services using J2EE and/or J2SE framework
- Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent industry experience
- Experience with XML, JMS, WS* and SOA/Integration technologies
- Experience using the Eclipse IDE and Maven is beneficial
- Experience profiling Java applications (including threading issues), examining thread dumps, etc. is ideal
- Integration product support is preferred (but not required). Other integration vendors include IBM, BEA, Oracle, Tibco, etc. Knowledge of Open Source business and/or past contributions to open source projects is also favorable
